Although there is a ton of content in Reiki 1, it's actually very simple to learn and practice. By learning it online, you can pace yourself. Take as much time as you need with each section before moving on. Plus, you can always go back and review any section as much as you want. In this way, you'll build a strong foundation with Reiki which will only deepen over time with practice and experience.
